Language and Communication
List 3 solutions you could implement if your patient speaks a language different to your own.
Research what the top 3 languages other than English are that are spoken in your residential area. Do you have any basic skills in these languages? Can you see any benefits or pitfalls in learning some basic occupation-related terms in these languages (i.e., yes, no, cough, sit, stand, speak, louder etc.)?
List 3 solutions you could implement if your patient is unable to communicate verbally.
